The Caulfield Eye Clinic was founded in 1996, and has grown to be one of the larger suburban eye surgery centres in Melbourne. The centre has its own onsite day surgery hospital, Melbourne Day Surgery. Fees Caulfield Eye Clinic is a private clinic and does not bulk-bill. Discounted fees are available for aged pensioners. Veterans affairs gold card patients receive services with no out of pocket fees. The car park is behind the clinic and can be accessed from 3 Fallon Street, Caulfield South. Tram 67 stops outside the clinic (stop 55), and connects to 2 railway stations: Elsternwick station on the Sandringham line Glen Huntly station on the Frankston line.
